1.Who are we?

EurAsix Ltd (EURASIX, we, our, or us) is a fast-growing business consulting and financial advisory company with its registered office in the Marshall Islands. We provide services to help other businesses grow, focus their resources effectively and streamline business processes among other related services.

2.What and why?

This privacy policy (Policy) sets out how we collect, store, process, transfer, share and use data that identifies or is associated with you (personal information) when you use our website https://www.eurasix.com (Site) (including when you purchase a service or take part in a competition or survey).

EURASIX is the data controller of the personal information we hold about you. Our registered and postal address is Trust Company Complex,Ajeltake Road, Ajeltake Island,Majuro, Marshall Islands.

We keep our Policy under regular review. This version was last updated on 20 May 2025.

It is important that the personal information we hold about you is accurate and current. Please keep us informed if your personal information changes during your relationship with us.

4.Third-Party links

This website may include links to third-party websites, plug-ins, and applications, including those of our business partners, advertisers, news publications and affiliates. Clicking on those links or enabling those connections may allow third parties to collect or share data about you. We do not control these third-party websites and we do not accept any responsibility or liability for their policies. When you leave our website, we encourage you to read the Policy of every website you visit before you submit any information to those websites.

5.Personal information we collect from you

The table at Annex 1 sets out the categories of personal information we collect about you and how we use that information. The table also lists the legal basis which we rely on to process the personal information.

More generally, we:

(a)   collect personal information that you voluntarily submit to us, such as your name and contact details, when you register with us, use our Site and our services, or otherwise interact with us in the course of our business activities; 

(b)   collect personal information that you are required to provide us as part of our client onboarding procedures and financial suitability checks, such as your income, outgoings (such as monthly mortgage or rent payments), number of dependents and employment status;

(c)    collect personal information about you from third parties, such as credit reference agencies, background checking service providers, social networks, public databases (where permitted by law), open banking service providers, our advertising and marketing partners (including third party introducers (such as comparison websites)) and our other partners where we carry out joint business activities;

(d)   collect personal information that you voluntarily submit to us and/or generated as part of our business activities, which may also be disclosed to third parties in connection with a transaction; and

(e)   may also collect certain personal information automatically, including in relation to how you access and use the Site, technical information regarding the device you use to access the Site and the way in which you interact with our newsletters (such as whether you open these). We also automatically record telephone calls when you contact our customer services team by phone.

We use the information we collect about you to correspond with you, perform our agreements with you, comply with our regulatory responsibilities (such as Know Your Client and anti-money laundering requirements), carry out marketing activities and our day-to-day business activities and operations.

We may link or combine the personal information we collect about you and the information we collect automatically. This allows us to provide you with a personalised experience regardless of how you interact with us.

We will indicate to you where the provision of certain personal information is required in order for us to provide you certain services. If you choose not to provide such personal information, we may not be able to provide the services you have requested.

6.Anonymous data

We may anonymise and aggregate any of the personal information we collect about you (so that it does not directly identify you) (Aggregated Data). We may use anonymised information for purposes that include testing our IT systems, research, data analysis, improving our services and developing new products and features. We may also share such anonymised information with others.

However, if we combine or connect Aggregated Data with your personal information so that it can directly or indirectly identify you, we treat the combined data as personal information which will be used in accordance with this Policy.

7.Marketing

From time to time, we may contact you with information about our products and services, including sending you marketing messages and asking for your feedback on our products and services.

Most marketing messages we send will be by email. For some marketing messages, we may use personal information we collect about you to help us determine the most relevant marketing information to share with you.

We will only send you marketing messages if we have your consent or, if consent is not required under applicable law, you have not opted out of receiving messages from us. You can withdraw your consent or opt out of receiving further communications at a later date by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our marketing emails. We will get your express opt-in consent before we share your personal information with any third party for marketing purposes.

8.Cookies

Our Site uses cookies and similar technologies to distinguish you from other users of the Site. Please refer to our cookies policy for more information as to the way in which we use cookies on our Site.

9.Change to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time and so you should review this page periodically. When we change this Policy in a material way, we will update the "last updated" date at section 3 of this Policy. Changes to this Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.

10.Disclosures of your personal information

We may share your personal information with the following categories of recipients (as required in accordance with the uses set out in Annex 1):

      Service providers and advisors: we may share your personal information with third party vendors and other service providers that perform services for us or on our behalf, which may include providing IT, advertising, system administration, fraud prevention, background and anti-money laundering checks, web hosting and authentication services.

      Law enforcement, regulators and other parties for legal reasons: we may share your personal information with third parties as required by law or if we reasonably believe that such action is necessary to (i) comply with the law and the reasonable requests of law enforcement; (ii) detect and investigate illegal activities and breaches of agreements; and/or (iii) exercise or protect the rights, property, or personal safety of EURASIX, its users or others.

      Third parties to whom we may choose to sell, transfer or merge parts of our business or our assets: alternatively, we may seek to acquire other businesses or merge with them. If a change happens to our business, then the new owners may use your personal information in the same way as set out in this Policy.

      Entities within the EURASIX group: we may share your personal information with our affiliates (for example, where they provide services on our behalf) or where such sharing is otherwise necessary in accordance with the uses set out in Annex 1.

      Professional advisers: we may share your personal information with our lawyers, accountants, insurers, and other professional advisors to the extent we need to (for example, to defend ourselves against legal claims).

11.International data transfers

The personal information we collect may be transferred to and stored in countries outside of the jurisdiction you are in where our affiliates and our third party service providers have operations. In limited situations where EURASIX stores or transfers personal information outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”) and the UK, we ensure that robust procedures and safeguarding measures apply to secure, encrypt and maintain the integrity of your personal information.

Whenever we transfer your personal information out of the UK and/or EEA, we ensure a similar degree of protection is afforded to it by appropriate safeguards, such as standard data protection clauses adopted by the ICO and European Data Protection Board, as applicable.

12.Data security

We have put in place appropriate security measures, including encryption, to prevent your personal information from being accidentally lost, used, or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered, or disclosed. In addition, we limit access to your personal information to those employees, agents, contractors and other third parties who have a business need to know. They will only process your personal information on our instructions, and they are subject to a duty of confidentiality.

All personal information we collect will be stored on our secure servers. We will never send you unsolicited emails or contact you by phone requesting your account ID, password, or national identification numbers.

We have put in place procedures to deal with any suspected personal data breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach where we are legally required to do so.

13.Retention period

We will store the personal information we collect about you for no longer than necessary for the purposes set out in Annex 1 in accordance with our legal obligations and legitimate business interests.

To determine the appropriate retention period for personal information, we consider the amount, nature and sensitivity of the personal information, the potential risk of harm from unauthorised use or disclosure of your personal information, the purposes for which we process your personal information and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means, as well as the applicable legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, or other requirements.

14.Your rights as a data subject

At any point while we are in possession of or processing your personal information, you, the data subject, have the following rights:

      Right of access – you have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you. You may request a copy of our Subject Access Request Form at legal@eurasix.com.

      Right of rectification – you have a right to correct data that we hold about you that is inaccurate or incomplete;

      Right to be forgotten – in certain circumstances you can ask for the data we hold about you to be erased from our records. Your data relating to financial transactions, accounts or cards cannot be deleted due to national law associated with the prevention of fraud, money laundering, counter terrorist financing or misuse of services for crime;

      Right to restriction – where certain conditions apply to have a right to restrict the processing;

      Right of portability – you have the right to have the data we hold about you transferred to another organisation;

      Right to object – you have the right to object to certain types of processing such as direct marketing.

      Right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling – you have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you ; and

      Right to withdraw your consent – where we are relying on consent to process your personal information. However, this will not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before you withdraw your consent. If you withdraw your consent, we may not be able to provide certain products or services to you. We will advise you if this is the case at the time you withdraw your consent.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint to your national data protection authority. If you are in the UK, information on how to contact the ICO is available at  https://www.ico.org.uk.  If you are in the EU, information on how to contact the relevant institute applicable to you is available at https://www.edpb.europa.eu/about-edpb/about-edpb/members_en

Please note that the above rights are not absolute, and we may be entitled to refuse requests, wholly or partly, where exceptions under the applicable law apply. In the event that EURASIX refuses your request, we will provide you with a reason as to why. You have the right to complain as outlined above. All of the above requests will be forwarded on should there be a third party involved in the processing of your personal information.

No Fee Usually Required

You will not have to pay a fee to access your personal information (or to exercise any of the other rights). However, we may charge a reasonable fee if your request is clearly unfounded, repetitive, or excessive. Alternatively, we could refuse to comply with your request in these circumstances.

What We May Need From You

We may need to request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity and ensure your right to access your personal information (or to exercise any of your other rights). This is a security measure to ensure that personal information is not disclosed to any person who has no right to receive it. We may also contact you to ask you for further information in relation to your request to speed up our response.

Time Limit To Respond

We try to respond to all legitimate requests within one month. Occasionally it could take us longer than a month if your request is particularly complex or you have made a number of requests. In this case, we will notify you and keep you updated.
